Frequently Asked Questions
Does PGX Charge all at once or sequentially?
When connected to the PGX Hub, each 3-Port Dock can charge 3 batteries simultaneously. When multiple docks are connected, each 3-port dock will charge in series once the previous dock charging is complete.
Is it best to place my fully discharged batteries in the dock closest to the hub?
The Fleet app allows you to set the priority of which docks you’d like to charge first. If you don’t set the priority, the hub will charge the batteries in the first connected dock first.
Used with a trailer, what are the specs for using an extension cord with 1600W charger?
The PGX Hub can be used with an extension cord up to 100ft, at least 10 gauge.
How do we dispose of batteries?
Call 1-800-822-8831 to recycle. This number is located on the warning label of each battery.
